Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since you are taking payments, this specific policy is mandatory for payment gateways.
1. Cancellation by Participant
- Once a registration fee is paid, it is Non-Refundable and Non-Adjustable under any circumstances.
- If a player fails to attend the trial on the scheduled date, the fee will be forfeited.
2. Cancellation by DCTF
- In the rare event that the Dream Cricket Talent Foundation cancels the entire trial event without rescheduling, a 100% refund of the registration fee will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
3. Rescheduling
- If the trial is postponed due to rain, bad weather, or government restrictions, the registration will automatically carry forward to the new dates. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.
